DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

DELIVERY :

Once you have placed your order on the website www.lemusofrancais.fr and received your payment, it will take 1 to 4 weeks between the manufacturing and delivery of the package.

Your order will be shipped exclusively by La Poste (colissimo).

Delivery to mainland France takes between 4 and 5 days at a cost of 5.95 euros.

On the day of shipment, you will receive your tracking number by email. You can therefore follow its progress.

BACK :

You want to return your item because it doesn't fit you or you took the wrong size. Nothing could be simpler!

You have 14 days after receiving the package to return it to us.

Once the package has been received and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed as soon as possible, either to a refund or an exchange.

The shipping costs for returns for a refund or exchange request if the size is not suitable, will be entirely at your expense. You are then free to choose the most suitable delivery method.
